Jen Rhodes is one of the founding co-hosts of “Anomaly” — a geek girl podcast and blog. Anomaly features articles and episodes on everything from conventions & cosplay to Star Wars and Dr. Who. She’s been nerding out with her co-host since 2007 at AnomalyPodcast.com.
Ranylt Richildis is a Canadian writer, editor, and teacher originally from Ottawa, but is now based in Germany. Her short stories have appeared in The Future Fire and other SFF magazines. Ranylt is the founding editor of Lackington’s Magazine, an online SFF venue devoted to stories told in unusual or poetic language. She loves living on the Baltic coast, but she misses hearing and speaking French, her lifelong second tongue.
Lauren Ring (she/her) is a perpetually tired Jewish lesbian who writes about possible futures, for better or for worse. She is a World Fantasy Award winner and Nebula finalist, and her short fiction can be found in venues such as F&SF, Nature, and Lightspeed. When she isn’t writing speculative fiction, she is most likely working on a digital painting or attending to the many needs of her cat, Moomin. You can keep up with her at laurenmring.com or on Twitter @ringwrites.
Farah Naz Rishi is a Pakistani-American Muslim writer and voice actor, but in another life, she’s worked stints as a lawyer, a video game journalist, and an editorial assistant. She received her B.A. in English from Bryn Mawr College, her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, and her love of weaving stories from the Odyssey Writing Workshop. When she’s not writing, she’s probably hanging out with video game characters. You can find her at home in Philadelphia, or on Twitter at @farahnazrishi.
She is represented by Hannah Bowman at Liza Dawson Associates.
Elvira Rizaeva is a multifaceted professional with a rich background in translation, writing, and the arts. She has experience in English-to-Russian translation, spanning over 20 years. Over the past decade, she specialized in her favorite genre, science fiction.
Originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Elvira has been living in Louisiana since 2013 with her husband and their cat. Her diverse background and long-standing commitment to her craft make her a reliable and insightful translator.
Ciaran lives in the not-so-wilds of Yorkshire with a very yappy dog. She works as a professional zombie wrangler/producer for a video game company, which is hilarious because she is deathly afraid of zombies. In her free time, she plays video games, embarks on various creative projects (look, she will totally finish a project eventually), and writes fiction. Likes decorating cakes to look like things from whatever piece of media she’s into at the moment.
