Kyle Kirrin lives on a ranch 9,000 feet above sea level in Creede, Co, where he tends to the needs of a motley crew of overly skittish animals. His fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in Beneath Ceaseless Skies, Daily Science Fiction, Metaphorosis, Syntax and Salt, and elsewhere. He’s also a former slush reader with an Apex Magazine-sized hole in his heart.

Gary Kloster, after a short stint as a science reference librarian, is a stay-at-home dad who answers urgent questions like ‘When’s lunch?’ and ‘Can you find my stuff for me?’ It’s not really much different then helping the undergrads back at the University, but it can wear thin at times. In an effort to save his sanity, and avoid housework, he’s returned to writing.
